Christian is the Group Creative Director at Mailchimp, winning AdAge In-House Agency of the Year 2023. He is known for transforming some of the world’s most-loved brands, including the rebrands of Spotify, Instagram and Burger King. At JKR, he led the rebrand for Burger King, which received 1.1bn impressions in the first 5 days, won a Cannes Lion and six D&ADs. At Nike, he launched and art-directed the world’s first self-lacing shoe, Nike Adapt, as well as campaigns with athletes like Lebron and Neymar. At Collins, he worked with clients including Spotify, Airbnb and Meta, and helped establish the SF office, winning AdAge’s Design Firm of Year three times. At Sagmeister, he designed the packaging for the Happy Show, which are on display at SFMOMA. His work has been celebrated across every major creative award: D&AD, Cannes Lions, Cooper Hewitt, TDC, Graphis, Dieline, and ADC Young Guns.
